Celebrating Excellence: Hinda President Mike Donnelly Receives 2024 IMA President’s Award

 Last week, Mike Donnelly, President here at Hinda Incentives, was awarded the prestigious 2024 IMA President’s Award at the Incentive Marketing Association Summit.

The IMA President’s Award honors Mike’s outstanding contributions to the incentive industry throughout his nearly 40-year career. Recognized for his steadfast commitment and leadership, Mike has significantly advanced the IMA’s mission to promote awareness of incentives and foster professionalism within the industry.

Jim Atten, President of The Wolfe Companies, LLC and IMA President, praised Mike for his dedication, saying, "Mike works tirelessly to support the incentive industry, the IMA, and the Hinda team, with focus, quiet strength, and most importantly, kindness."

Mike’s influence extends beyond his role at Hinda Incentives; he serves on the IMA Board, leads the sponsorship committee, and has played a key role in the association’s strategic planning efforts. His initiatives in industry research and content production for various organizations, including the Incentive Federation, Inc., the Incentive Research Foundation, and PPAI, have been key in shaping industry standards.

Expressing his gratitude for the award, Mike said, “I am extremely grateful and honored to be selected for this award.
