January 2024 Monthly Rewards Recap

Looking back on 2023, let’s talk about some of the reward trends that persisted month after month and about our predictions for 2024.

Electronics
To no one’s surprise, Apple® has dominated our recaps. Last year, thousands of people redeemed points for a set of AirPods Pro® with tens of thousands redeeming other Apple products. We are predicting more of the same in 2024, with the AirPods Pro continuing to top the charts unless Apple releases a new version of AirPods®.

Home
The Home category was varied last year, with favorites ranging from the Simcor Bright Rechargeable Flashlight to the Dirt Devil® Express Lithium Hand Vacuum to the North American Wellness+® Cordless Ear Cleaner. However, individual redeemers spent the most points on Dyson vacuums. The models varied as the year went on but the top trends were cordless or with special features such as de-tangling or pets. In 2024, we are expecting to see continuing high redemption of floor care items, with an increase in personal care items, such as handheld deep tissue massage guns.

Personal
Luggage and leather goods reigned supreme in the Personal category. The Jester Daypack from The North Face® was a frequent flyer on the monthly recaps, as was the Toiletry Kit from Premium Bag. However, one jewelry item was a monthly constant – the 2-Tone Heart Necklace from Diane Katzman. We’re predicting more redeemers will reach for name brands such as The North Face and Oakley® that carry quality products consumers can count on in 2024.

Recreation
We couldn’t talk about the Recreation category without talking about the top redeemed item every month, the Sonnet 4x30 Binoculars. These binoculars are the second most redeemed item overall in 2023, behind the AirPods Pro, of course. Other big redeemers are Yeti® Coolers. The models vary by month, but the brand stays constant. In 2024 we expect to see more redemptions of the fan favorite Sonnet binoculars and we don’t think Yeti is going anywhere, but we think there may be more redemptions of gaming consoles like the Nintendo® Switch™ and Meta Quest VR Headset.

New this Month
Here are a few new products added to our catalog this month that we think will join the ranks of Top Redeemers:
