2022 Incentive Marketplace Estimate Research Study
The Incentive Federation has released their 2022 Incentive Marketplace Estimate Research Study. This study determined the total spend within the United States Incentive market. The five categories of non-cash incentives observed in the study included Award Points, Gift Cards/Digital or E-Cards, Trips & Travel, Merchandise and Experiential Rewards.
U.S. businesses report spending $176 billion on sales, employee, channel/distributor, and customer loyalty incentives, as well as corporate gifting during the past year.
