Congratulations to Mike Donnelly

Hinda’s own Mike Donnelly was presented with the Karen Renk Award during the awards ceremony at the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) virtual ReVISION 2020 Summit. This award honors Renk, a founding member of the IMA and its executive director for its first 14 years. It is presented to the IMA member who best exemplifies qualities in service to the association, either through their work within the organization or through outreach to the community at large.

Mike received this award for his consistent leadership, his passion for continually demonstrating the industry’s value to clients and the marketplace, and his exemplary service as an industry ambassador. He has served on numerous IMA and IMA-Strategic Industry Group initiatives and is always available to mentor those interested in learning about the incentive business.

Mike has diligently advocated for our industry throughout his 35-year career. He has encouraged and sponsored fact-based studies of the impact of incentives and loyalty approaches. His efforts have revealed the importance incentives play in engaging employees and creating loyal consumers and channel partners. Mike can regularly be found on panels and educational webinars spreading the word on the value our programs provide.

In accepting the Karen Renk Award, Mike thanked the members of his Hinda team and talked about his firm belief that a true leader is most effective when they are serving others. He then humbly hoped he could live up to the legacy of service the Karen Renk Award symbolizes.
