New IRF Study Reveals Secrets for Helping Program Owners
In May, the Incentive Research Foundation (IRF) released their “2019 Voice of the Market: The Use of Non-Cash Rewards & Recognition” signature study. The study interviewed a broad section of sales incentive and employee reward & recognition program owners who spend from $25,000 to millions annually on their programs. Three findings could be very revealing for industry professionals seeking to help companies improve their programs:
Many programs are managed without external support and many program owners are wholly unaware of the industry expertise available to them.
Ongoing communication is noted by program owners as an area of improvement to help more fully engage participants.
Programs owners suspect manager engagement can measurably impact engagement and performance, but rarely have tools in place.
