Candy, Costumes and Camaraderie

In 2018, camaraderie has never been more essential to the workplace. According to a Gallup study, employees with close friendships at work were 50% more satisfied with their jobs. Camaraderie is what makes an exceptional company culture. And a company with an exceptional culture undoubtedly enjoys higher employee morale, increased productivity and even greater employee engagement. These workplace friendships also provide a sense of belonging and increase employee retention.

At Hinda, camaraderie is greatly promoted and valued. To celebrate this year’s Halloween, employees were invited to dress in costume. Employees ooh-ed and ahh-ed at each other’s costumes; many even put out bowls of candy at their desks to encourage coworkers to “trick-or-treat” around the office fostering inter-departmental communication.

This camaraderie is what makes Hinda’s culture so exceptional. Encouraging friendships, creating positive atmospheres and fostering engagement are key components to the success of Hinda Incentives.

 Here’s a sneak peak of Hinda’s Halloween 2018.
