The 5 Dimensions of Employee Well-Being
Employee well-being should be a priority for business leaders in every industry. If a work environment does not encourage mental support, purpose and meaningful connections, employees won’t get the opportunity to truly thrive. But well-being is made up of more than just the occasional meditation break or afternoon walk. Focusing on the different dimensions can cultivate a foundation for positive well-being.
Great Place to Work® has partnered with Johns Hopkins University for a study that analyzes the sources of employee well-being. Over 14,000 people from 37 countries were surveyed to identify trends in employee workplace experiences.
