The importance of the employee experience has only skyrocketed in the past few years. Employee survey companies are being bought out left and right in the hopes of improving employee engagement. But here’s the thing most people forget: “…engagement surveys [alone] don’t actually improve engagement.”

Kevin Kruse is a New York Times Best Selling Author and Founder and CEO of LEADx. Forbes published his article, How To Use Nudges To Improve Employee Engagement, where Kruze shifts the focus from employee engagement surveys to, instead, the managers.
