Hinda’s Benito Bustamante Honored by IMA
Everyone at Hinda knows Benito Bustamante. His infectious smile and positive outlook have helped shape our culture as a company. From humble beginnings with Hinda as a summer employee while in school, Benito has risen to become Director of Fulfillment. In this role, Benito is responsible for tens of millions of award shipments and creating a recognition experience at the door of each and every award recipient.
Just this week, Benito was honored by the Incentive Marketing Association at their annual IMA Summit in Chicago. Hinda Incentives President, Mike Donnelly nominated Benito as one of the IMA’s first Honor Award recipients saying, “Benito has been helping Hinda ‘deliver on the promise’ for our reseller partners and their clients for over 38 years.”

Benito is the living embodiment of Hinda’s culture of recognition. “We strive to make the people in our programs feel special,” says Benito. “As a manager, I’ve personally used the power of recognition to engage and inspire my own staff. It’s so important to show your appreciation.”
The IMA’s Honor Program is designed to allow IMA members to recognize and reward coworker contributions. 2019 was the first year this award was offered and Mike Donnelly said, “Benito Bustamante was the first name that came my mind when the IMA suggested the Honor Program. I could think of no one who deserved this special recognition more, especially after all he has done.
